Our Story

Our Philosophy of Early Learning

We believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. Understanding  that each child has unique needs and interests, Children need the ability to learn at their individual pace with the encouragement of our educators. We provide the environment and tools your child needs to thrive to the best of their abilities.

The teacher's role is to guide, providing access to information rather than acting as the primary source of information, the students' search for knowledge is met as they learn to find answers to their questions.

When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them. Once they leave Jacobs Ladder CLC Inc, they’re fully prepared for the next stage of their young lives.
